SouthLand Constructors completed this new 2-story, 60,000 square foot, 72 bed Transitional Healthcare Facility in 2011. Construction included patient rooms, physical therapy unit, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, as well as administrative offices. The building consists of steel frame construction with metal wall panels, masonry, curtainwall and storefront glazing system. Also included are medical gas systems, a generator, and a complete fire sprinkler system.
