SouthLand Constructors completed construction on St. Paul’s Episcopal Church located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The construction included demolishing the existing multi-purpose building and constructed a new 2-story Parish Hall. The 15,270 square foot addition included education space, meeting space, choir room, commercial kitchen and dining hall, and an elevator. During construction, SouthLand renovated portions of the existing century old chapel, renovated and expanded the existing Narthex, and excavated, shored, and tied into 128 year-old existing footings. The SouthLand construction team maintained life safety, egress, and parking during the project. We worked with the church leaders to accommodate their full church calendar and key fundraising events, making sure that they were not affected during the construction phases.
