This project is a replacement of the old Silverdene Apartments. The new project consists of 90 units that are a combination of two- and three-bedroom units. The owner selected SouthLand Constructors to work closely with the architect through final design to manage the overall budget. The budget was maintained and also allowed several upgrade finishes to create a condo-like feel, while maintaining an apartment budget. The project offered several green aspects including Energy Star appliances and lighting, blown in cellulose insulation, and pervious concrete paving.
