Church of the City

When the People’s Church transitioned to become the Church of the City, the church leadership decided to renovate the interior of their building. The focus of the 8,500 square foot renovation was in the student and children’s area. SouthLand Constructors provided a fresh and modern update to the large family room located on the main floor, as well as the mail corridors on all three floors. Acoustical ceilings were removed, existing partition walls were topped out, pendant lights and fire sprinklers were installed, as well as dryfall painted on all of the ceilings. During this multi-phased project, the SouthLand Constructors team worked around the church’s active day care, keeping the project and its surrounding areas safe and clean for church use.
