SouthLand Constructors transformed a former restaurant into this 4,457 square foot renovation and addition for HCA’s CareNow Urgent Care. The project consisted of demolishing the existing 4,027 square foot interior space, and constructing an additional 430 square feet. The new healthcare facility includes: eight exam rooms, two triage x-ray rooms, a laboratory, a nurse station, drug screening office, break-room, two business offices, three restrooms, as well as a reception area and waiting room. The exterior renovation included replacing the existing roof with the installation of a new composite roofing system and slate shingles, painting the exterior building, new landscaping and updating the parking lot with new sealant and striping.
