 Clay Stacker

Clay Stacker

Founder/President

Clay Stacker has been in the construction industry since 1996. He has lived in the Middle Tennessee area for his entire life and earned a Bachelor's Degree at the University of Tennessee at Martin. Growing up the son of an architect, he had the opportunity to hear and see things from the design perspective of building, which gives him a unique perspective on the industry.

Clay has worked hard to make his priorities for business show throughout every aspect of SouthLand's work. He realized early on that strong, positive relationships between clients, subcontractors, and employees are crucial to a successful build. Under his leadership the company continues to grow and fulfill his favorite part of the job: watching customers' building dreams become reality.

When not working, Clay enjoys time with his wife, Cheryl, their two sons, and their dog Charlie. Time with the boys often involves sports, golf, and time on the lake.

Why SouthLand?
"The relationship-oriented atmosphere. SouthLand focuses on developing positive relationships with its customers, subcontractors, and employees. We actually get to work with people we like.”
