SouthLand Constructors, LLC was founded in 2005 by Clay Stacker who remains solidly at its helm. Our company, as a whole, supports his philosophy of focusing on clients rather than projects. We know pleasing the client surpasses simply building great structures. Plus, it means we get the satisfaction of having a project of the highest level of quality and a client with the highest level of satisfaction.

We have proven experience in a wide range of commercial projects: medical, office, retail, institutional, multi-family and interior build outs. About 80% of our work comes from new construction and the remaining 20% from tenant improvements. The scope of projects ranges from $10k to $10 million. Our 2007 revenue was $22 million and projected revenue for 2008 is $35 million.

Our approach combines our client service with our construction process. It results in clients that are informed and in control of the project from beginning to end. Our clients find they are not bothered with details that are our responsibility. It is a great balance of influence and freedom.
