SouthLand Constructors was founded on the belief that a quality project could be delivered with integrity for a competitive price.

We focus on clients rather than project type. While we understand the importance of providing good craftsmanship, we also understand that it is the process by which it is delivered that sets us apart from many of our competitors. We have thus far allowed our completed projects to be our marketing tool for future projects.

Today, SouthLand’s annual volume is represented by approximately 80% new construction and 20% tenant improvements. We are currently working in medical, office, retail, industrial, and multi-family sectors. Our current single project size ranges from $10,000 to $10 million with an estimated volume for 2008 of $35 million.

While not a large company in size, we are not short on experience. SouthLand’s project managers average 15 years experience and our superintendents were handpicked based on their ability to get things done. Our strong belief in teamwork coupled with our focus on clients’ satisfaction guides an attitude of commitment and successful achievement.
